Product Introduction:The bipolar Roots blower produced by our factory is composed of two NSR series standard Roots blowers connected in series. When the gas enters the first stage fan to boost the pressure, the gas temperature will be below 40 ℃ through the intercooler, and then enter the second stage fan to continue to boost the pressure, the maximum sound pressure of the unit can reach 200kpa. The host of the two-stage fan is driven by the same motor through belt drive or direct connection of two-axis motor.

The two-stage three-leaf Roots blower has high volumetric efficiency, large air supply, stable operation, reliable use, and relatively stable working characteristics.
Impeller and shaft for the whole structure and the impeller without wear, fan performance lasting, can be long-term continuous operation.
Forced gas transmission, the flow changes little with the pressure, the outlet pressure is determined by the back pressure, and the conveying gas is not polluted by oil.
The selection of bearings is more reasonable, the service life of each bearing is uniform, and the fan oil seal is made of imported fluorine rubber material, which is high temperature resistance and wear resistance, so the fan has a long service life and high reliability.
The fan has large volume utilization rate, high volume efficiency, simple and compact structure, and flexible installation methods. Easy to use and maintain.
Due to the use of three-blade rotor structure and reasonable structure of the inlet and outlet in the shell, the fan has small vibration and low noise. Pressure, temperature control, provide unit operation protection.
The fan oil seal is made of imported fluorine rubber material, which has high temperature resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
