2. The lower exhaust ports are generally connected horizontally such that the intake direction and the exhaust direction are perpendicular to each other. When the outlet is at the specified pressure, the safety valve closes. When the pressure of the export enterprise exceeds the national pressure, the valve of the safety valve automatically pushes the overflow, when the export market pressure returns to normal, the safety valve automatically closes. It can be automatically adjusted, and the pump allows a pressure difference device, so the great advantage of the safety valve is that the root pump can be used with the previous pump to continuously operate in various pressure ranges. The design shortens the suction stop time of the vacuum vessel in the rough vacuum state by 30-50%. For larger pumps, the safety valve is installed in the bypass pipe outside the pump body, and in smaller pumps, the safety valve is installed in the pump housing.

Roots pump with steam condenser: When it is necessary to pump steam, the pump unit needs to be designed with a condenser that can condense steam. The condenser can be installed before or after the pump instead of on the body of the Roots pump. In some cases, condensation heat absorption can reduce the heat generation of the Roots pump. Assuming that the double condenser is used, the appropriate solvent can be used to remove the dirt during maintenance, and the steam can flow smoothly in the duct.
