Principle

In the flat circular shell, a pair of rotors with the same appearance and mutual teeth are assembled on parallel surfaces. A certain gap is left between the two rotors and between the rotor and the housing to prevent contact of various parts caused by installation error and thermal expansion. The two rotors are driven by a pair of transmission gears with a gear ratio of 1 to rotate in the opposite direction. When the rotor rotates according to the legend orientation, the gas is slowly sucked and enclosed in the space V, so as to be discharged on the high pressure side. For every rotation of the main shaft bearing, the total amount of gas discharged by the two-blade fan is 4V, and the total amount of gas discharged by the three-blade fan is 6V.

For newly installed or repaired fans in the sewage treatment plant, full load and load trial operation shall be carried out before operation. Under normal circumstances, full load operation for 2-4h, and then according to the factory technical standards, slowly charge pressure overload test run for 8h.

1. Pre-start detection and preparation in advance

(1) Check whether the change value of the power supply current is within the range of 380V 10%.

(2) Check whether the instrument panel and electrical equipment are in good condition, check the wiring condition, and the electrical equipment requiring grounding device shall rely on the spectrum grounding device,

(3) Roots blower: the bolts of the sealing surfaces of the fan and the pipeline, the anchor bolts of the base and the anchor bolts of the coupling pin shall be tightened.

(4) The grease in the oil tank should be added to the negative correlation of the oil road marking according to the specified model. Water pump sealing equipment shall be filled with proper amount of grease by betting on oil mark.

(5) According to the rotation direction of the fan, turn the coupling by hand for 2~3 turns to check whether there is friction and impact on the fuselage.

(6) The electric air valve out of the fan should be turned off, the intake valve is in full open condition, and the valve should be checked.

(7) Check the tightness and smoothness of the timing belt, and make adjustments if necessary.

(8) Roots blower: The air filter screen should be cleaned and unobstructed. If it is necessary to clean and replace it with a new one.

  2、Roots blower: full load operation

(1) Start the centrifugal fan according to the electrical operation sequence.

(2) During the full load operation period, it is necessary to pay attention to the vibration of the unit and listen to whether the rotor has impact sound and squeaking sound, and whether there is friction and heating between the rotor and the housing part.
