Rotary blower: brief description of the matters needing attention in the trial operation of rotary blower

1. Check whether the oil in the oil tank meets the standard (the amount of oil should be higher than the position of the oil outlet). 2. Before starting the rotary blower, please take down the air inlet filter and pour about 30ml of oil into the main engine to make the oil evenly distributed in the main engine (turn it by hand for several times). 3. Check whether the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate. If it is too loose, please adjust it.

Commissioning:

1. Check whether the oil in the oil tank meets the standard (the amount of oil should be higher than the position of the oil outlet).

2. Before starting the rotary blower, please take down the air inlet filter and pour about 30ml of oil into the main engine to make the oil evenly distributed in the main engine (turn it by hand for several times).

3. Check whether the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate. If it is too loose, please adjust it.

4, check whether the safety valve is set in a specific pressure position, such as the working pressure of 0.3kgf/cm²,; safety valve opening pressure of 0.3kgf/c ㎡. During the trial operation, the exhaust valve can be manually adjusted to boost the opening pressure, and the safety valve can be adjusted to open exactly.

5. Turn on the power to start the rotary blower, please pay attention to the following items:
a. Whether the steering of the equipment is consistent with the direction indicated by the steering mark. If not, stop the machine in time to adjust the motor wiring.
B, observe whether the pressure gauge has pressure indication (the sewage treatment tank must be filled with water before the fan can be operated, otherwise the equipment has no pressure at the exhaust port, and the equipment is not lubricated).
c. Observe whether there is oil dripping from the nozzle (12~15 drops/min), and observe whether there is organic oil flowing in the transparent oil return pipe.

6. Check whether the motor and rotary blower are running normally, whether the temperature is normal, and whether there is abnormal sound.
